It features a clean, modern look with large windows and high-end finishes. This was awarded for our New Luxe I model home located at our model center in Campobello, SC. We were recently honored to receive a national award! The 2019 BSC Jerry Rouleau Award for Excellence in Home Design was awarded to us for our new Luxe I home. Upstairs a 14′ x 16′ Flex room that walks out to the upstairs balcony. Upstairs has another full bath and a 12′ 6″ by almost 15′ second bedroom with a lot of windows. The Luxe I has a modern look with a lot of large windows. The plan has a wraparound deck and a second floor balcony. Luxe I Downstairs Floor Planĭownstairs has a 14′ 11″ by 12′ 6″ bedroom, a full bath, a usable kitchen and a living room. Luxe I comes standard with Electrolux appliances, 12′ full opening Panoramic Door, 2nd floor wet bar, balcony with cable railing, and 52 Low-E double pane windows. The large, 8′ tall windows give the home an added sense of openness, flooding the space with natural light and framing views of the surrounding landscape. It features solid 6×12 Eastern White Pine log exterior walls with 9′ ceilings on both levels. The Luxe I is a contemporary take on the traditional log home.
